AI 写作的本质

AI 追求统计上最可能、适用最广的结果，因此：
- 用词安全、模糊
- 结构模板化
- 缺乏个性
- 避免争议
人性化写作的本质
- 敢于有观点
- 敢于不完美
- 敢于具体
- 敢于有情绪
💖 灵魂注入（最重要的部分）
无灵魂的写作特征
- 每句话长度和结构都一样
- 没有观点，只有中立的报道
- 不承认不确定性或矛盾情绪
- 不使用第一人称
- 没有幽默、锋芒、个性
- 读起来像维基百科或新闻稿
如何注入声音
1. 有观点
不要只陈述事实——对事实做出反应。
❌ “This is impressive.”
✅ “I genuinely don’t know how to feel about this.”
2. 变换节奏
短句有力。长句舒缓。混合使用。
✅ “Short punchy sentences. Then longer ones that take their time getting where they’re going. Mix it up.”
3. 承认复杂性
真人有矛盾情绪。
❌ “This is impressive.”
✅ “This is impressive but also kind of unsettling.”
4. 适当用”我”
第一人称不是不专业——是诚实。
✅ “I keep coming back to…” 或 “Here’s what gets me…“
5. 允许混乱
完美结构感觉像算法。离题、旁白、半成形想法是人性的。
6. 具体的情感
❌ “this is concerning”
✅ “there’s something unsettling about agents churning away at 3am while nobody’s watching.”

内容模式
1. 过度强调重要性
警示词: stands as, is a testament, pivotal role, evolving landscape
❌ “The Statistical Institute was established in 1989, marking a pivotal moment in the evolution of regional statistics.”
✅ “The Statistical Institute was established in 1989 to collect regional statistics.”
修复: 删除夸张的象征意义，只保留事实。
2. 带有 -ing 结尾的肤浅分析
警示词: highlighting, underscoring, emphasizing, ensuring, reflecting
❌ “The temple’s color palette resonates with natural beauty, symbolizing bluebonnets, reflecting the community’s connection.”
✅ “The temple uses blue, green, and gold colors. The architect said these reference local bluebonnets.”
修复: 删除 -ing 短语，用具体说明替代象征。
3. 推广和广告式语言
警示词: boasts a, vibrant, rich, profound, nestled, breathtaking, stunning
❌ “Nestled within the breathtaking region, Alamata stands as a vibrant town with rich cultural heritage.”
✅ “Alamata is a town in Ethiopia, known for its weekly market and 18th-century church.”
修复: 中立语气，具体事实。
4. 模糊归因
警示词: Industry reports, Experts argue, Some critics argue
❌ “Experts believe it plays a crucial role in the regional ecosystem.”
✅ “The river supports several endemic fish species, according to a 2019 survey by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.”
修复: 具体来源替代模糊权威。
语言模式
5. 滥用”AI 词汇”
高频词: Additionally, crucial, delve, enhance, fostering, highlight, pivotal, showcase, testament, underscore, valuable, vibrant
❌ “Additionally, a distinctive feature is camel meat. An enduring testament to Italian influence is pasta, showcasing how dishes integrated.”
✅ “Somali cuisine also includes camel meat. Pasta dishes, introduced during colonization, remain common.”
修复: 用普通词汇替代 AI 词汇。
6. 避免”is/are”（系动词回避）
警示词: serves as, stands as, boasts, features, offers
❌ “Gallery 825 serves as exhibition space. The gallery boasts 3,000 square feet.”
✅ “Gallery 825 is the exhibition space. The gallery has 3,000 square feet.”
修复: 大胆使用简单的 is/are/has。
7. 负面对仗
模式: “Not only…but…” 或 “It’s not just about…, it’s…”
❌ “It’s not just about the beat; it’s part of the aggression. It’s not merely a song, it’s a statement.”
✅ “The heavy beat adds to the aggressive tone.”
修复: 直接说要点，不要对比。
8. 滥用”三原则”
模式: 强行凑三个项目
❌ “The event features keynote sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Attendees can expect innovation, inspiration, and insights.”
✅ “The event includes talks and panels. There’s also time for networking.”
修复: 自然数量，不必强凑三。
风格模式
9. 滥用破折号
问题: AI 模仿”有力”的推销写作
❌ “The term is promoted by institutions—not by the people. This continues—even in documents.”
✅ “The term is promoted by institutions, not by the people. This continues in documents.”
修复: 用逗号或分号替代破折号。
10. 过度使用粗体
问题: 机械强调
❌ “It blends OKRs, KPIs, and BMC.”
✅ “It blends OKRs, KPIs, and the Business Model Canvas.”
修复: 只在必要时加粗。
11. 内嵌标题垂直列表
模式: 列表项以粗体标题+冒号开始
❌ ”- User Experience: The experience has been improved…”
✅ “The update improves the interface, speeds up load times, and adds encryption.”
修复: 合并为段落。
填充和模糊
12. 填充短语
修复示例:
- “In order to achieve this goal” → “To achieve this”
- “Due to the fact that” → “Because”
- “At this point in time” → “Now”
- “In the event that” → “If”
- “has the ability to” → “can”
- “It is important to note that” → ""
修复: 删除或简化。
13. 通用积极结论
问题: 模糊的乐观结尾
❌ “The future looks bright. Exciting times lie ahead. This represents a major step.”
✅ “The company plans to open two more locations next year.”
修复: 具体计划替代模糊乐观。

练习 1: 优化产品描述
原文 (AI):
The new software update serves as a testament to the company’s commitment to innovation. Moreover, it provides a seamless, intuitive, and powerful user experience—ensuring that users can accomplish their goals efficiently. It’s not just an update, it’s a revolution in how we think about productivity. Industry experts believe this will have a lasting impact on the entire sector, highlighting the company’s pivotal role in the evolving technological landscape.
优化 (Human):
The software update adds batch processing, keyboard shortcuts, and offline mode. Early feedback from beta testers has been positive, with most reporting faster task completion.
改进点:
- ✅ 删除 “serves as a testament” (过度象征)
- ✅ 删除 “Moreover” (AI 词汇)
- ✅ 删除 “seamless, intuitive, powerful” (三原则 + 推广)
- ✅ 删除破折号和 “-ensuring” (肤浅分析)
- ✅ 删除 “It’s not just…it’s…” (负面对仗)
- ✅ 删除 “Industry experts believe” (模糊归因)
- ✅ 删除 “pivotal role” 和 “evolving landscape” (AI 词汇)

练习 2: 添加灵魂
原文 (无灵魂):
The experiment produced interesting results. The agents generated 3 million lines of code. Some developers were impressed while others were skeptical. The implications remain unclear.
优化 (有灵魂):
I genuinely don’t know how to feel about this one. 3 million lines of code, generated while the humans presumably slept. Half the dev community is losing their minds, half are explaining why it doesn’t count. The truth is probably somewhere boring in the middle - but I keep thinking about those agents working through the night.
改进点:
- ✅ 添加第一人称视角
- ✅ 表达真实矛盾情绪

🎨 最佳实践
修复优先级
- 灵魂优先 - 先让文本有声音，再修技术问题
- 具体胜抽象 - 用数据、例子替代模糊陈述
- 简单胜复杂 - 用 is/are/has 替代 serves as/boasts
- 自然胜完美 - 变换节奏，允许混乱
检查清单
- 每句话长度和结构是否多样？
